The kitchen of restaurant «Troika» is delicious and various. The chef Andrey Kurochkin offers loved by everyone Russian theme: rabbit and duck, chicken Kiev, halibut, Onega pike-perch and certainly the Astrakhan herring with a cup of icy vodka. For gourmets – fois gras, different pies, marbled beef and a new page in «a la carte» – «The meals cooked on open fire". The restaurant is known as a place for hosting banquets. All the conditions are provided for it: Different versions of a menu for corporate parties, anniversaries, weddings and so on ( look the following page) Qualified staff Floor-shows which can be modified for a particular event. Besides we offer the services of ceremonies master, actors of magic and Russian estrade stars . The hall’s seating capacity is supposed to be 160 persons. The hall is divided into two parts – balcony and stalls. We also offer a special welcoming cocktail, decorated fruit plates, catwalks of the waiters with Russian meals (stuffed porkling, pike perch, duck Flambe etc.) Our headwaiters will help to decorate the hall with flowers, balloons and any other attributes of your celebration.
